Inspect, organize & supervise all maintenance service providers, including but not limited to the cleaning and other facilities within the premises to ensure that condition of maintenance is in order and up to expectation.
Inspect the facilities, equipment & other infrastructure routinely to ensure property is well maintained.
Produce weekly report to your superior.
Prepare notices, agenda and minutes of monthly meeting in timely manner.
Obtain quotations for repairs, renovation and maintenance works.
Liaise with contractors to ensure timely, appropriate and adequate execution.
Ensure proper & timely job execution, timely reports submission, filing, analyze findings with follow-up actions.
Compliance with technical requirements for facilities, equipment & systems.
Analyze all reports received from daily operational matters.
Prepare incident reports (if necessary).
Organize maintenance, repair & upgrading schedules, manage and supervise resources to ensure schedule and budget are intact.
Attend & coordinate inter floor defects with owners.
Inspection of renovation to ensure structural integrity, infringement, compliance & damages to common property.
Monitoring on moving in/out for damages to common property.
Liaise and coordinate with building management for defects work.
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
