We are recruiting for our HLA brand in Malaysia.
HLA (Malaysia) is recruiting for Retail Associate

As we are expanding further, we are looking for a dedicated personality to join our big family as a Retail Fashion Associate. You will be responsible to maintain, replenish, and upkeep of the store according to brand image and standards.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer’s overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer’s needs, recommend suitable apparel to suit customer’s needs, and offer an alternative to customers.
Actively maintains a global brand image.

*Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.

*Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help customers find suitable outfits.

*Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.

*Perform pants alteration (e.g., hemming) using store equipment as required.

*Operate the POS system efficiently during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.

*Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.

*Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy, neat, and inviting at all times.

*Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging.

*Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity.

*Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

*Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.

Requirements:

Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekend and Public Holiday
Good knowledge of spoken English, Mandarin as the candidate are required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and Bahasa Malaysia
Customer service experience will be of valuable
Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply as there will be training provided.
