Working Location : Antharas 1, Genting

Job Description

• To attend daily complaints.
• To carry out regular checks on the M&E facilities, common areas, cleaning disposal, security, landscape, and other related services.
• To monitor, check condition of lifts and to record on all breakdowns, change of spare parts and vandalism.
• To keep proper records of spare parts and tools for accountability in the replacement of parts.
• To ensure the firefighting facilities and equipment are in servicing condition to the requirement of BOMBA.
• Provides hands-on work on minor repairs.
• Provide facilities technical support and services to the building.
• Carry out routine checks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and building maintenance.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager / supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma/Advance Diploma or equivalent
• Able to work overtime (when required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
