-Control and arranging shipping activity for export finish good / spare parts from repair / return goods / import raw materials and etc.

Main Task
-Arrange and follow up for export shipment arrangement, either by trucking, container / air freight booking and import raw materials shipment activity.
-Co-ordinates with all the related department for all the export finish goods and import raw materials activity.
- To verify draft KI & KZ form before declaration.
- Expediting and follow up with transporter / forwarder on time delivery as per requester requirement.
- To check on the incoming and outgoing container are always in good and clean condition and follow company rules and instruction given.
- Co-ordinates with Admin. Department for all the application of Custom Exemption.
- Preparation of the GSP Form A, delivery order / invoice for export repair spare part / goods return / sample shipment etc.
- Issue purchase order for invoice matching for all the finish goods / raw materials shipping activity from transporter / forwarder.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
