Jawatan Kosong SOFTLINE RETAIL SUPERVISOR in Kuching

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong interest in sales results, team leadership, and customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, performance-oriented, and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales and leadership are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations of the retail sales team
• Track and review individual and team sales performance
• Coach team members on product knowledge and customer interaction
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain store appearance and proper stock management
• Assist in implementing sales plans and promotional activities
