Position: Human Resource Manager
Salary: RM4,000 - RM5,000
Working Days: Saturday - Thursday
Working Hours: 8.00AM- 4.30PM
Location: A159 Kampung Banggol Jenereh, 17500 Tanah Merah, Kelantan.

Job Description:

• Ability to develop KPIs, workforce management initiatives, and organizational development strategies.
• Capable of planning and executing both short-term and long-term action plans.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and best HR practices.
• Skilled in reviewing and drafting company policies and ensuring employee adherence.
• Strong leadership skills to guide management teams and the workforce.
• Capability to handle organizational challenges and inspire employees effectively.
• Ability to manage disciplinary issues, employee grievances, and workplace conflicts professionally and fairly.
• Ability to coordinate processes such as recruitment, performance management, and training.
• Experience in handling payroll administration and employee benefits management.
• Analytical skills to evaluate workforce data and prepare reports for strategic decision-making.
• Clear and effective communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Strong ability to build solid working relationships, especially in a workforce dominated.
• Experience in working within the manufacturing industry and understanding its unique demands.
• Capability to manage workers involved in factory operations and production lines.
• Ability to manage and oversee HR projects such as implementing new policies or employee training programs.
