Overview

Seeking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate requires to have strong skills in financial management, including handling monthly payments, preparing profit-sharing reports, closing accounts, maintaining cash flow statements and etc.

Job Description

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

- Process and verify monthly payments, ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.

- Prepare and analyze monthly profit-sharing reports, calculate and distribute profit-sharing amount to owners based on the agreed-upon formula and provide detailed reports to owners.

- Close monthly and yearly accounts, ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly and prepare financial reports.

- Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs

- Prepare detailed cash flow statements & projections and identify cash flow issues and opportunities for optimization.

- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENT

- Min 1-2 years experience in accounting or financial role

- Strong knowledge in financial reporting and analysis.

- Proficiency in Auto count accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Working Hour: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,300.00 per month
