Jawatan Kosong Junior Fashion Designer in Teluk Panglima Garang

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer cum Illustrator / Print Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, textile design, digital illustration, and surface print techniques. You will be responsible for designing apparel collections and developing original prints and illustrations that align with the brand’s vision.

We'd love to hear from you:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a fashion designer, illustrator, or print designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing fashion design and original print work.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Good knowledge of garment construction and textile materials.
• Ability to hand-draw and digitally render illustrations.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and innovation.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion practices is a plus.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Design and develop fashion collections from concept to final product.
• Create detailed fashion illustrations, technical sketches, and mood boards.
• Design original prints, patterns, and surface graphics for garments.
• Research market trends, color palettes, fabrics, and techniques.
• Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams to ensure feasibility of designs.
• Prepare tech packs and ensure design specifications are production-ready.
• Ensure print designs align with brand aesthetics and seasonal themes.
• Revise and improve print designs based on feedback and sampling outcomes. Maintain design files, CADs, and archives for seasonal collections.

What is expected of you:

• Experience in both women's and men's wear.
• Strong sense of color, texture, and pattern.
• Mood board and collection development.
• Trend forecasting and market research
• Surface ornamentation techniques (embroidery, dyeing, printing, etc.)
• Understanding of production techniques such as screen printing, digital printing, and embroidery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
