Job Responsibilities :

• To ensure that the completed works and products by the sub-contractor conform to specification
• Supervision and arrangement of works by sub-contractor activities on daily basis.
• Monitoring sub-contractor’s resources including manpower and machineries are effective.
• To prepare daily report and record on work progress, site condition and relevant information.
• Involve in joint inspection with consultants, resident staffs and authorities.
• Monitoring of materials delivered to site to ensure conform to specifications and quality standards.
• Check daily activities as per look-ahead schedule
• To monitor housekeeping is progressively implemented
• To portray good company reputation and profile
• To comply and adhere to company policies and properties

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Construction or other relevant courses will be in advantage.
• Minimum 3 year (s) of working experience is required.
• Willing to learn, hardworking, self-disciplined, able to complete task within timeline given.
• Experience in Formwork System Design & Constructions will be an advantage.
• Position to be based in Padang Besar, Perlis.
• Urgent Position Required.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Strong organizational skill may be required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
