Jawatan Kosong Marketing and Business Development Manager in Johor Bahru

Looking out for talented individual who are experienced in Marketing and Business Development to join our team in Johor Bahru.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, prospect, and contact new B2B clients (aesthetic clinics, beauty salons, spas, wellness centers).
• Present and promote the company’s aesthetic machines and professional skincare and wellness products.
• Conduct product and/or machine demonstrations and consultations for clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat sales and upselling.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and after-sales support.
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and marketing activities when required.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management

(Experience in beauty, wellness, medical aesthetics, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Marketing, or other relevant fields

(Candidates with relevant experience but different educational backgrounds are welcome to apply)

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with cold outreach and client meetings
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
• Willingness to travel in Malaysia and Singapore for client visits
