Jawatan Kosong Surveyor Marabau/Terusan Sapi in Kota Kinabalu

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To take measurements and determine property boundaries.
• To perform topographic and as- built surveys.
• To assist with construction staking or site layout surveys.
• To coordinate with field survey crews.
• To assist with zoning and permitting applications.
• To provide technical expertise to other individuals on site.
• To instruct and train subordinates on proper land surveying processes, techniques and products.
• To assist in any new tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in land surveying (min: 2-3 years experience)
• Candidate must possess at least Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Surveying, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• State certification or licensure as a professional land surveyor.
• Having working experience at factory project will add an advantage.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad.
• Highly detail- oriented.
• Good in interpersonal skill, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Project Team and Subcontractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Do you have a valid certification in surveyor? (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
