Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Mendaftar pesakit, mengurus rekod pesakit dan sistem temujanji.

Kelayakan & Keperluan:

• Minimum Diploma atau kelayakan berkaitan.
• Pengalaman sebagai pembantu klinik adalah satu kelebihan.
• Boleh bekerja secara berpasukan dan berkomunikasi dengan baik.
• Berdisiplin, bertanggungjawab dan mesra pelanggan.
• Mampu bekerja mengikut syif (jika diperlukan).
• Mempunyai pengetahuan asas komputer.

Kemahiran Diperlukan:

• Kemahiran komunikasi dan layanan pelanggan.
• Pengurusan masa dan organisasi yang baik.
• Kebolehan bekerja dalam persekitaran pantas.
• Pengetahuan asas kebersihan dan keselamatan klinik.
• Menyambut pesakit dengan sopan serta memberikan maklumat asas berkaitan perkhidmatan klinik.
• Membantu doktor dan jururawat semasa rawatan atau prosedur asas (contoh: menyediakan peralatan).
• Mengambil tanda vital pesakit seperti tekanan darah, suhu badan, berat dan ketinggian.
• Mengendalikan kaunter pembayaran, bil dan tuntutan insurans (jika berkaitan).
• Mengurus stok ubat-ubatan dan peralatan perubatan.
• Memastikan kebersihan dan kekemasan klinik sentiasa terjaga.
• Menjawab panggilan telefon dan pertanyaan pesakit.
• Mematuhi SOP, etika kerja dan kerahsiaan maklumat pesakit.
• Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan atau doktor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
