Jawatan Kosong Admin Assistant in Hang Tuah Jaya

Job Responsibilities:

• Issue Drawings and Job Order Forms to relevant departments
• Support daily administrative tasks including email correspondence, delivery scheduling, and internal coordination
• Receive and process courier deliveries from suppliers
• Manage WIP items and finished goods for delivery to customers
• Request quotations from suppliers and issue Purchase Orders (POs)
• Follow up on POs and ensure on-time delivery of components
• Liaise with suppliers regarding non-conforming incoming materials
• Monitor and update daily stock levels of tooling and equipment
• Keep track of supplier item upgrades and inform the Production Manager and relevant Heads of Department
• Ensure all Delivery Invoices (DI) are updated in the system
• Record all tools requisition forms and prepare monthly tools usage reports
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role (Manufacturing background is an advantage)
• Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken & written)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with production or inventory systems is an added advantage
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
