A Structural Steel Project Manager oversees steel projects from planning to completion, managing budget, schedule, and quality while coordinating with clients, engineers, and construction teams. Key responsibilities include developing project plans and schedules, controlling costs, ensuring safety compliance, managing subcontractors, and communicating progress to all stakeholders to ensure project success within defined parameters. Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, scopes of work, and budgets.
• Coordination: Manage and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as clients, engineers, fabricators, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project finances, track expenditures, and obtain approvals for any costs exceeding the budget.
• Schedule Management: Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases and milestones.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure project work meets required standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Procurement: Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including drawings, proposals, and change orders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
