• Menguruskan staf (sistem kehadiran (Info-tech), cuti, kebajikan, pembayaran perkhidmatan & penyediaan kontrak).
• Pengurusan prestasi dan penjejakan kenaikan pangkat.
• Membantu untuk mengiklankan jawatan kosong, menyenaraipendek calon, menemuduga, merekrut dan memilih calon-calon baru.
• Melaksanakan kerja-kerja pemfailan HR secara bulanan.
• Membantu HR Eksekutif menganjurkan sesi latihan atau aktiviti pembangunan prestasi untuk pekerja.
• Membantu HR Eksekutif dalam semua tugasan yang berkaitan Sumber Manusia seperti pemilihan calon, perkongsian idea, penyediaan memo, buku panduan pekerja, SOP pengurusan, penstafan, pengurusan disiplin dan lain-lain.
• Melaksanakan mana-mana tugasan yang berkaitan Pengurusan Sumber Manusia.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,550.00 per month
