Working Location (Branch):

• Miri Times Square OR
• Bintang Megamall

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily outlet operations
• Supervise floor crew and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure customer service standards are met and maintained
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and work performance
• Ensure SOP, hygiene, and safety standards are followed
• Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage
• Prepare basic reports and support management when required
• Able to work at either branch as assigned

Requirements:

• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
• Good attitude, well-mannered, and professional
• Previous experience in F&B or retail supervisory role preferred
• Able to lead a team and work under pressure
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn and take responsibility
• Punctual, disciplined, and committed

• Stable working schedule (subject to roster)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
