[JOB DESCRIPTION]

• Follow up and expand existing customer base in Semiconductor Business.
• Follow up and maintain existing relationship with customers.
• Acquire product knowledge via on job training with varies department
• Prepare technical presentation to new potential, and existing, customers.
• Record and maintain customers contact data.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and generate quotation to customers.
• Negotiate best terms and conditions to close sales order.
• Follow up on pro-active after-sales support services.
• Coordinate with operation team to complete sales projects within pre-defined schedule.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate sales projects.
• Manage customers' issue, resolve and recover within committed deadline.
• Prepare weekly sales report and monthly sales projection forecasts.
• Implement and improvise sales process flow to eliminate or minimize repeated occurrence situation.

[REQUIREMENTS]

• Diploma, degree holder or equivalent may apply.
• Candidate with relevant Semiconductor experience may apply.
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
