TELESALES ONLINE MARKETER

- Pendapatan (RM2000 - RM3000)

- Hari bekerja 5 hari seminggu

- Latihan sepenuhnya akan diberikan

- Umur: 20 - 40 tahun

- ⁠Boleh bekerja di Bandar Baru Bangi

Benefit & skop kerja:-

• Membuat panggilan keluar (outbound call) kepada prospek atau pelanggan sedia ada untuk memperkenalkan produk/perkhidmatan.
• Menerangkan kelebihan produk dengan cara yang jelas, menarik dan meyakinkan.
• Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan mengenai produk, harga, promosi, atau prosedur pembelian.
• Merekod maklumat penting pelanggan ke dalam sistem (nama, nombor, status minat, tarikh follow-up, dsb).
• Follow-up pelanggan yang belum membuat keputusan untuk memastikan jualan dapat diselesaikan.
• Capai sasaran jualan (sales target) yang ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
• Meningkatkan hubungan pelanggan (customer relationship) dengan menjaga nada suara yang mesra dan profesional.
• Melaporkan prestasi harian seperti jumlah panggilan dibuat, leads diperoleh, dan jualan ditutup kepada penyelia.
• Mengumpul maklum balas pelanggan untuk bantu syarikat tingkatkan kualiti produk atau cara servis.
• Mematuhi skrip jualan dan garis panduan syarikat agar mesej yang disampaikan konsisten dan profesional.
• Gerak kerja yang enjoy untuk anak muda nak mulakan kerjaya.
