Tugas-tugas Pembantu Klinik

1. Menyambut pesakit dengan mesra dan bertanyakan status kesihatan untuk memberikan pengalaman pelanggan yang positif.

2. Mendaftarkan pesakit ke dalam sistem kesihatan dengan memastikan maklumat adalah tepat dan lengkap.

3. Membantu Doktor bertugas dalam menjalankan prosedur, termasuk menyediakan peralatan yang diperlukan mengikut jenis rawatan.

4. Mengurus pemberian ubat kepada pesakit dengan memastikan arahan Doktor diikuti dengan teliti.

5. Melaksanakan tuntutan panel, termasuk pengurusan dokumen dan berkomunikasi dengan syarikat berkaitan.

6. Menjalankan aktiviti pemasaran seperti mempromosikan perkhidmatan klinik dan menjadi content creator untuk platform digital.

7. Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang berkaitan dengan keperluan operasi klinik.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
