Responsibilities
- Hit sales targets by actively seeking out and closing deals.
- Motivate the sales team to increase sales and profits.
- Create sales plans and track progress regularly.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better serve customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Manage vehicle deliveries to customers smoothly.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Admin or related field.
- Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Resourceful, energetic, and friendly.
- Good leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Own transportation with a valid driver's license.
What We Offer
- Rewarding commission structure based on number of sales generated per month.
⏰Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Saturday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
