Jawatan Kosong Account Assistant/ Account Officer in Hang Tuah Jaya

Responsibilities

• Update accounts receivable, payable and perform reconciliations.

• Preparing and issuing invoices, statements and reports to client.

• Update and compile company expenses including utilities bill.

• Ensure timely updating financial records via accounting software.

• Handling documentation and filling of financial records ; eg, DO invoices, expenses and reports.

• Assist senior officer /manager with all financial operations, administrative support and monthly/yearly closings.

• Follows all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma & above. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft office.

• Attention to detail and data.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Effective communication and ability to work in a team.

• Responsible, Honest and Committed to work.

• Punctual and have good attendance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
