JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Manage and strengthen Nationwide Field Force in increasing brand presence and improve sell-out.
• Identify and assign capable Field Force to the assign outlet.
• In-charge of Field Force allocation/relocation to maximize ROI.
• Assist in Field Force monthly sell-out target setting, sell-out progress monitoring and reporting to the management.
• Assist in managing dealers and Field Force agencies to maximize system functionality.
• Continuously provide coaching, guidance, and training to Field Force for improvement.
• Monitoring of stocking shelves, setting up displays according to planogram.
• Constant store visit to ensure Field Force and Haier corner in tip-top conditions.
• Constant review, feedback and discuss with Sales Lead for Field Force, Sell-out and Store improvement.
• Competitive survey and suggestion to be more competitive to improve store sell-out.
• Assist or participate event/ roadshow for the set-up, sales monitoring and improvement.
• Ensure Field Force are compliance with company Standard of Procedures.
• Preparation of sales report and sales analysis for the management.
• Provide feedback to support the development and execution of Field Force to the management.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Technologically savvy, dynamic, and creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft office- Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and think out of box to improve sell-out and operation
• Willing to travel outstation
