Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand, coordinate, monitor and supervise the site activities re successfully executed.
2. To investigate quality and prompt maintenance activities i.e. routine, periodic, and emergency works within specified standard of quality, specification safety and budget.
3. Supervise and control utilization of company asset and facilities in accordance to the company regulation and guideline.
4. Regularly check, verify ad review of the subcontractor performance and record all related site activities. To notify any non conformance works executed by the subcontractor immediately and propose counter measures to resolve the problem.
5. To resolve technical issues and other problems that may arise.
6. To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications and construction plan.
7. To check and record material received at site.
8. To supervise, check and record manpower at site.
Job Requirement:
1.Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Experience At least 3 years’ experience in similar field.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.
5. Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
