Jawatan Kosong Sales Executive / Salesperson Indoor & Outdoor Sales in Hilir Perak

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
• Developing innovative design concepts and presenting them to clients using 2D/3D visualization tools.
• Creating detailed design plans, including space layouts, color schemes, material selection, and furniture recommendations.
• Preparing accurate project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
• Collaborating closely with client and in house designer teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
• Support Sales Gallery Event if needed
• Support HQ Event at KL/Selangor if needed

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• You have a minimum of two year's of relevant interior design experience / Formal design education.
• Atleast SPM and above educational qualification for malaysian applicants
• You have handled projects end-to-end - sales, design and execution.
• Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
• Preferred:
• Knowledge of AutoCad or ArchiCad or Revit (or other BIM softwares)
• Experience in 3D modelling and rendering software's is an added advantage.
• Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
• Basic Salary + Commission

-Need to Travel between 3 Location (Mileage,toll,parking is claimable)
