Key Responsibilities

• Grow the treasury business through marketing with new and existing treasury customers.
• Pricing and structuring both asset and liability solutions across all asset classes and also hybrid.
• Organizing client events - seminars, trainings, appreciation luncheon/dinner etc.
• Work with the Business & Corporate Banking (BCB) division on account plan for major clients, structured financing opportunities, procedures and documentations for treasury related facilities and deals.
• Conduct training on Treasury solutions or products to the BCB and Trade counterparts.
• Formulating business plan and strategies for the region/portfolio assigned.
• Tracking of run rate and pipeline deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in Treasury Sales and Marketing.
• Familiar with FX Option, Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodity Solutions, Pricing, and Structuring.
• Strong in Marketing and Relationship Building.
• PPKM Licensed.
