We are looking for an Asia ICT In-Charge to manage and optimize the company’s ICT infrastructure across the Asia region, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient systems.

The role involves collaborating with regional teams, monitoring and improving ICT performance, providing user support and training, and maintaining proper technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

The ICT In-Charge is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s information and communication system. He/She will:

• Collaborate with other departments to establish a robust and reliable infrastructure
• Draw up the documentation that describes the company infrastructure and, when necessary, the Use/Installation Manuals for the main company software
• Develop, install and manage the ICT infrastructure
• Identify possible infrastructure updates to always guarantee an adequate level of security and reliability
• Monitor the infrastructure performances
• Ensure the company’s infrastructure is consistently updated and maintained and identify possible improvements
• Promote the new technologies usage within the company and train the colleagues
• Provide support to the employees in software or devices use
• Draw up the necessary documentation
• Travel overseas as and when required
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate Superior or management as and when required

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of ICT/IT experience, with regional or multi-country exposure preferred
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
• Strong documentation and policy-writing skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and IT security tools
• Willingness to travel within the Asia region when required
