Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a diverse range of coffee and tea beverages, along with signature fresh bakes and sandwiches.
• Uphold high-quality standards in all food and beverage preparation.
• Create positive experiences for customers through:
• Initiating conversations and building connections.
• Encouraging customers to try limited-time offers and join the loyalty program.
• Providing thoughtful suggestions for complementary food and beverage items.
• Ensure consistency and excellence of products by following standard recipes and preparation procedures.
• Receive training on proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic store environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM and above
• Preferably at least 1 years of experience in the café / coffee industry
• Fluent in English and Mother Tongue, both spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant and cheerful personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
• Capable of multitasking and handling stressful situations.
• Willingness to work on shift work, including overnight shifts, public holidays and weekends.
