The Station Supervisor is responsible to manage a team of drivers and support staff and processes to ensure that the station/branch operates efficiently and effectively in the areas of pick-up and delivery, sorting and processing of consignments as well as general administration of the station/branch.

Key Activities / Accountabilities

• Ensure timely and accurate pickups, deliveries, and documentation.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid service disruption.
• Communicate service-impacting information clearly and quickly.
• Oversee consignment processing tasks including sorting, scanning, and tracking.
• Manage Cash on Delivery (COD) operations in line with SOP.
• Plan resources for new customer onboarding and SOP execution.
• Ensure equipment, systems, and vehicles are well-maintained.
• Lead and manage the team to meet KPIs and address performance gaps.
• Oversee office/warehouse upkeep, repairs, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operations and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Diploma/Degree holder in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain or related fields. Those without tertiary qualification but with relevant working experience will be considered.
• Preferably 3-5 years working experience in Logistics industry.
• Experience at a supervisory level managing a team of delivery staff is preferred.
• Experience in Express, courier, freight forwarding / international courier / delivery or B2B oriented business services depot is preferred.
• Good with Microsoft Excel
• Technical Skills: Route planning, Transport management system software
• Competencies: People management, Planning and organising, Drive for results
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia required. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage
