• Mempunyai sijil dalam bidang civil engineering (degree, diploma atau yang setaraf dengannya)
• Mempunyai 2 hingga 5 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang berkenaan
• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam "building Operation maintenance dan kerja pembaikan" adalah satu kelebihan
• Memiliki kenderaan sendiri
• Mempunyai minimum lesen D
• Mempunyai sijil teknikal

-Mengetahui selok- belok jalan di area Kajang serta Putrajaya

• Boleh membuat BQ adalah satu kelebihan
• Boleh bekerja lebih masa sekiranya diperlukan
• Anggaran gaji RM2,500 hingga RM3,500
• Cepat belajar dan rajin bekerja
