Job Summary

Play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of the store by assisting with various tasks such as stock replenishment, organizing merchandises, and maintaining cleanliness of the store. Your responsibilities contribute to ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers and efficient operations within the store environment.

Responsibilities

• Loading/Unloading: Aid in loading and unloading merchandises from delivery trucks to store in designated locations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish the stocks to designated locations on daily basis. Communicate inventory needs to the store management team to ensure adequate product availability. Ensure stocks freshness and quality by performing regular and systematic stock check.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the entire store clean, organized, and presentable at all times. This includes cleaning dusting shelves, sweeping and mopping floors and tidying up common areas.
• Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Assist customers in locating products. Escalate customers inquiries to the store management team as and when needed.
• Products Knowledge: Constantly update on the products and services available at our store. Provide accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing and availability with reference to training provided.
• Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations. Assist colleagues in tasks such as lifting heavy items, arranging displays, or handling customer inquiries.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Any qualification with retail working experience.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Customer service focus.
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and public holidays.
