Jawatan Kosong Service Crew IMMEDIATE HIRING in Kuantan

​Job Responsibilities:

​1. ​Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome customers warmly.
• Take accurate orders from customers and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell food and beverages.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly​

2.​ ​Food and Beverage Preparation (if applicable):

• Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
• Assemble simple menu items, such as snacks or side dishes.

3. ​Table Serv​ice:

• Serve food and drinks to customers at their tables.
• Clear tables after customers have finished dining.
• Ensure table setups are clean and tidy for the next customer.

4. ​Cashiering:

• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process customer payments.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately.

5. ​Cleanliness and Hygiene:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, serving, and kitchen areas.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and company standards.

6. ​Stock Mana​gement:

• Replenish inventory for service areas, such as utensils, condiments, and napkins.
• Assist with stock checks and report shortages to supervisors.

7. ​Teamwork and Support:

• Assist colleagues in their tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Support other areas of operations during peak hours or staff shortages.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in the F&B industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Additional Information:

• Location: Sungai Besi Lakefields
• Working Hours: Morning, Afternoon (Flexible 6 Hour Shifts)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
