Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive cum Content Creator to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms, create engaging content, and assist in executing marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, XiaoHongShu, Facebook, etc.) for Perky Lash.
• Write compelling captions, visuals, and copy aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and competitor activity to optimize content strategies.
• Take part in photoshoots, video shoots, and editing content for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Support brand storytelling and community engagement efforts.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Strong visual and creative sense; ability to produce high-quality content.
• Excellent copywriting skills in English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, trends, and platforms.
• Basic photography and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for beauty and lifestyle industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
