The Personal Loan Sales Representative is tasked with identifying potential customers, explaining personal loan products, assessing client needs and guiding them through the loan application process. This role is typically target-driven and requires strong interpersonal and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell personal loan products to individual clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Understand and assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan options.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment options and application requirements.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documents
• Follow up on pending applications and update customers on the status.
• Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, specifically in sales, is required
• Minimum education: STPM / Diploma or higher in any field.
• Prior experience in sales or financial services is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
