IMPERIO DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD Recruitment April 2026

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Human Resources, Administration or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Applicants must be willing to work office or on-site at project locations in Alor Setar.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Supervisor in monitoring and recording daily site progress.
• Supervise and track sub-contractors’ work performance on-site.
• Review and understand structural and architectural drawings to ensure proper implementation on site.
• Conduct inspections on completed work by sub-contractors and maintain proper documentation.
• Help ensure building materials are correctly stored, handled, and protected.
• Assist in verifying the materials delivered to the site and ensure compliance with specifications and approvals.
• Support in enforcing site safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Report any irregularities or non-conformances to the Site Supervisor or Site Engineer.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Senior Project/Site Engineer.
