Jawatan Kosong Officer, Reservations & Pre Post Departure in Kota Kinabalu

Job Title

Officer, Reservations & Pre-Post Departure (PPD)

Reports To

Manager, Revenue Management

Role Purpose

Responsible and accountable for flight inventory of MASwings flights i.e. PSO sectors, Charter etc.

Key Accountability

• To update flight plan/frequency/rotation in Altèa Inventory according to flight schedule seasonal change i.e. Northern Summer and Northern Summer.
• To update flight plan/frequency in Altèa Inventory according to ad-hoc e.g. ferry flights, charter etc. and/or operational requirement e.g. flight disruption, aircraft on ground etc.
• To execute flight reallocation SOP during flight disruption and to ensure affected passengers are handled properly and notification/e-blast are initiated.
• To perform pre and post flight function on MASwings flights.
• To handle and manage MEDA cases and government CUSTODY requests, and other related cases which require authorization.
• To perform inventory function (disruption shift) in Altèa Inventory between 1900LT – 0800LT the next day.

Qualification & Experience

• Must be in current position minimum 1 year; and/or
• Diploma with 2 years in relevant/related working experience.

Skills & Knowledge

• Computer literate specially in Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
• Presentable and pleasant appearance.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Knowledgeable in Altèa Reservation Desktop Web (Amadeus), Inventory and/or CM is an added value.
• Conversant in additional language or local slang i.e. Mandarin, Hakka, Kadazan etc. is an advantage

• To handle flight disruptions and reallocation within short notice advice and tight deadline.
• Altèa Reservation Desktop Web (Amadeus) system disruption.
