DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist senior stylists and colorists in various hair services, including but not limited to shampooing, conditioning, and color application.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area, maintaining salon cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Greet and attend to clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their comfort throughout their salon experience.
• Stay updated on the latest hair care trends and techniques to enhance skills and contribute to the team's overall expertise.
• Adopt the unique, diverse, and exceptional best practices of the salon.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Relevant hairdressing certification is an advantage.
• 6+ months previous experience as a Hair Assistant or similar role in a salon environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic haircare and styling techniques.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow in the beauty industry.
