JOB POSITION: SPA & FITNESS MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: SPA
SALARY: RM6,000 - RM6,500

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Spa Manager supervise the day-to-day activities of health and beauty spas, overseeing facilities, equipment, budget, and staff to ensure a serene atmosphere for clients. Understanding their roles and skills can assist in determining if this position aligns with your career goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, including programs, services, operating hours, facilities, and staff.
• Coordinates the delivery of spa services, fitness, and wellness programs, as well as managing reservations, reception desk, and locker room areas.
• Directs and collaborates with the management team and staff to ensure effective execution of all spa activities.
• Continuously strives to enhance guest and employee satisfaction while optimizing the department's financial performance.
• Conducts spa tours as needed and handles special assignments and sales activities as required.
• Maintains accurate records and assists in staff training across all spa operations.
• Serves as a liaison between the spa and internal and external stakeholders.
• Efficiently schedules the Spa & Recreation team and monitors reception and recreation areas.
• Manages inventory and conducts selection interviews for new hires when necessary.
• Ensures the reception area is maintained in top condition at all times.
• Analyzes daily and future bookings to maximize revenue and coordinates schedules and services with receptionists.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Preferably possessing a University Degree or Diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Spa Manager.
• Holding an aesthetic qualification in treatments and training would be highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
