Jawatan Kosong Client Services Executive Eng & Mandarin Up to RM4700 in Kuala Lumpur

• Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and Live Chat.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or higher educational qualification.
• Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.

Working hour：Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:45pm.
Work Location: Menara AIA Sentral (near Monorail/MRT station)

Remuneration Package:

• Salary is up to RM4,700 depend on experience & qualification
• EPF and SOCSO
• Annual Leave: 21 days per year
• Medical Leave: 14 days per year
• Bonus based on Performance Development Review (PDR) annually, the company and employee performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
