Jawatan Kosong Collection Officer Komisyen Tinggi in Hulu Perak

Kami sedang mencari Collection Officer yang bermotivasi tinggi untuk menyertai pasukan kami. Jawatan ini menawarkan peluang pendapatan berdasarkan komisen yang menarik bergantung kepada prestasi dan hasil kutipan anda.

Tanggungjawab:

• Menghubungi pelanggan yang mempunyai pembayaran tertunggak melalui telefon, lawatan di rumah/ tempt kerja.
• Berunding dan mengatur pelan pembayaran dengan pelanggan yang menghadapi kesulitan kewangan.
• Mencapai sasaran kutipan hutang yang ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
• Membuat laporan harian/mingguan mengenai status kutipan hutang.
• Merekod dan menyediakan dokumentasi mengenai semua urusan kutipan.

Kriteria & Kelayakan:

• Minimum SPM atau setaraf.
• Minimum 1 Tahun pengalaman dalar bidang berkaitan.
• Kemahiran komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja secara independen dan mencapai target yang ditetapkan.
• Disiplin dan berdedikasi dalam mencapai sasaran kutipan.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan menyelesaikan tugas dalam jangka masa yang ditetapkan.
• Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri adalah satu kelebihan.

Lolkasi kerja: Gerik & Lenggong, Perak.

Tempat tinggal disediakan untuk staff dari luar Daerah Hulu Perak
