Jawatan Kosong HR ASSISTANT in Genting Highlands

Qualification & Requirements

• Willing to be based in Genting Highland (Hostel and Meal Allowance Provided)
• Minimum Diploma in any related field
• Well verse in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Able to join immediately

Duties & Responsibilities

· To assist day to day administration and HR activities.

· To do the hostel arrangement, application and maintenance record.

· To perform any other duties and ad-hoc as and when required by the Management.

· Keep highly Private and Confidential on all staff and company information.

• Ensure prompt updating and filing of staff leave records and attendance.
• Assist in overall recruitment process in job postings, coordinating for interviews and conduct reference check.

· Perform administrative tasks, prepare communications and letters, and perform the tabulation of the surveys and assessments carried out by the department.

· Handling foreign workers' work permit application, payroll, hostel, attendance and administration tasks.

· Manage inventory efficiently to avoid stock-out.

· Maintaining office equipment and facilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
