Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs for employees across all branches to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to improve performance and productivity based on KPI data.
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent for clinical and nonclinical roles.
• Develop recruitment strategies, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.

• Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
