Linc Shared Services Job Vacancies April 2026

• Oversee stock management, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and minimizing discrepancies.
• Handle debt collection, following up on outstanding payments and maintaining clear records of transactions.
• Monitor and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
• Generate reports, analyze data trends, and provide insights for operational improvements.
• Conduct system testing to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Data Information, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
• Willing to be based in Bagan Datoh and travel if required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
