PROTÉGÉ-RTW implements initiatives to increase marketability potential and entrepreneurial skills among unemployed graduates and is open to various fields of study.

The total implementation period of PROTÉGÉ-RTW is eight (8) months which consists of two (2) training components, namely:

1) Soft-skills Training

2) On-the-Job Training

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Good interpesonal skill, organized, proactive, self-motivated, independent and wiling to learn attitude.

Job Description

• To assist day-to-day task in operation department.
• To assist Area Manager/ Engineer/ Operation Executive at site area whenever required.
• To perform any other related duties as assigned or requested by Area Manager.
• Provide engineering support to the Operation Team.
• Fast learner with keen interest to learn new products and new technologies.
• Responsible, independent and good team player.
• Committed and keen for new knowledge and experience.
• Having a good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Having strong desire for problem solving and challenges.
• Posses great discipline and high integrity.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• George Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
