Jawatan Kosong SHIPPING CLERK in Muar

We have Superintend to guide you the following job scopes for those fresh graduates or non- related experiences.

1. *Order Processing:*

- Receive and review shipping orders and documents for accuracy and completeness.

- Enter and update shipment information in the company’s system.

2. *Package Preparation:*

- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery according to company standards and client requirements.

- Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3. *Inventory Management:*

- Monitor and manage shipping supplies inventory, including boxes, packing materials, and labels.

- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

4. *Coordination and Scheduling:*

- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.

- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.

5. *Documentation:*

- Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.

- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and transactions.

7. *Customer Service:*
