S&P Co-living is a modern form of communal living in which residents get a private bedroom in a furnished room with shared common areas. GFG found that the advantages of staying in S&P Co-living are where tenants have an opportunity like living in a room, but it has the common spaces such as kitchen, laundry, leisure area share with others.
