Position: Sales Executive
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,200 + Commission + RM300 Petrol Allowance
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday (Friday Off)
Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 5:45 PM
Location: Lot 1449A, Kawasan Perindustrian Pengkalan Chepa 11, 16100 Kota Bharu, Kelantan

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Live Host to promote and sell vehicle repair and maintenance services for both light and heavy vehicles.
This role requires someone who is confident, customer-oriented, and passionate about achieving sales targets through both offline and online engagement.

You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1) Promote and sell vehicle repair and maintenance services to new and existing clients.
2) Conduct sales activities through client visits, walk-in customers, and digital channels such as TikTok and Facebook.
3) Host live sessions and create engaging social media content to attract leads and promote services.
4) Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and online engagement.
5) Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent after-sales service.
6) Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on leads to close deals effectively.
7) Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and digital content.
8) Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
9) Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular performance updates to management.

Requirements

1) Must have own transportation and be willing to travel.
2) Open to candidates with SPM qualifications — relevant experience in sales or automotive services is an advantage.
3) Good communication and negotiation skills.
4) Familiarity with social media marketing platforms is an added benefit.
5) Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
