Jawatan Kosong Production Manager in Petaling Jaya

You will take lead for EHS, 5S housekeeping, Quality and Cost of the departments and team members. Responsible for operational excellence with continuous optimizing the manufacturing process and productivity. You will report directly to Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation and adherence of EHSMS and Life critical rules.

• Ensure the implementation and adherence Quality process.

• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

• Ensure compliance to ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO14001.

• Ensure continuous improvement in process, cost, and quality.

• Manage a team of operators, admin clerks, cell leaders, and production executive.

• Well balance integration of the team with other cross functional team.

• Be Production head required to pull together other supporting department to achieve the production goals. Such as Raw material store, Color Matching, QC and Maintenance.

• Lead process improvement activities such as yield loss, improvement, cycletime reduction, process optimization etc.

• Manage batch manufacturing control and improvement and batch variance.

• Lead Six Sigma Kaizen activity for production team.

• Involve in customer complaint investigation and monitoring.

• Ensure operation cost within the budget given and preparing annual budgets

• Ensure compliance of company policies, procedures, and objectives regarding initiatives, and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Material Science, Engineering or equivalent required.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive, coating field or manufacturing.

• Experience in paint manufacturing plants.

• Talent to engage, inspire and motivate a cross-functional team with members from all levels and areas to reach beyond where most thought possible.

• Excellent project management skills; adept at organizing and planning the use of time and people.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
