Jawatan Kosong Team Member / Kitchen Crew in Tawau

Responsibility,

As a Team Member BOH, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that kitchen operations run smoothly. Your contribution will help create an efficient work environment that supports our commitment to high quality food and service.

1. Food Preparation:

• Assist chefs in preparing ingredients for meals, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
• Help with portioning and packing food items as required for service
• Follow recipes and instructions from the kitchen staff accurately

2. Kitchen Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including countertops, appliances, and cooking utensils.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling practices

3. Inventory Management:

• Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring that items are properly labeled and stored
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report shortages to the kitchen manager
• Help in keeping track of expiration dates and ensuring food safety standards are met

4. Support Kitchen Staff:

• Work collaboratively with chefs and other kitchen staff to assist during busy service periods
• Be ready to take on various tasks as needed, which may include helping with cooking, plating, or cleaning
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

5. Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Understand and implement proper food handling procedures to avoid cross-contamination 6. Team Collaboration:
