• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations and activities
• Supervise warehouse staff including training and performance management
• Coordinate logistics processes and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements
• Implement cost-saving strategies and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
• Monitor warehouse conditions and maintain cleanliness
• Conduct regular stock checks and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze inventory data and generate operational reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, operations, customer service)
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses
