Jawatan Kosong Executive, Customer Service in Subang Jaya We are looking for experienced Customer Service Executive who are well-versed with freight forwarding industry. Ideally, the candidate must possess knowledge in export documentation & customs clearance process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall in charge for the day-to-day operations for both systems as well as physical operation.
• Responsible to drive the team towards achieving Customer target/KPI and expectations.
• Attend and response all issues (via e-mails or written correspondences pertaining to warehouse operation and to ensure all queries from are attended to.
• Prepare and ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are submitted promptly and correctly.
• Responsible for daily planning of the operations.
• Gather and check all required documentation and reports prepared by subordinates.
• Ensure that prompt feedback from subordinates regarding any work related problems/issues encountered.
• Ensure that any other work related duties given is completed within the specified timeline.
• Ensure compliance to customers and others relevant authorities and operating instructions.
• Ensure two ways communications with management level.
• Manage, monitor and ensure proper filing for the job completed.
• Achieve a good result in internal & external audits

We are expecting the incumbent to meet these requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the Import Documentation role within the freight forwarding business.
• Candidate must have knowledge in ocean freight logistic operation process.
• Skills require: Detail-oriented, Time Management, Computer Literature, and proactive in problem solving.
• This position is located in USJ, Selangor.
